IMHO, if we had even a mediocre offense, the defense would look better

You just can’t repeatedly go 3 and out and leave the defense on the field that long. No defense will succeed under those circumstances.

In my view, Justin Hamilton is a good DC whose squad plays very hard for him, but who simply cannot coach his way past the enormous holes our terribly inept offense always puts him in.
