I actually did some research and realized that I owed the money. It appeared that Turbo Tax mistakenly applied a credit for not having received all of the COVID stimulus money, even though I did receive it. So, I paid the bill and then contacted TurboTax to file an accuracy guarantee claim to cover the penalty and interest owed (only $55, but I don't sneeze at that). They acknowledged my claim submission and are reviewing, so now I'm just waiting to hear back. Hopefully I won't actually get audited and have to use the Audit Defense service, but it's nice to know it's there...
