A bigger question, are these type of loans really good loans


If the SCOTUS rolling are implemented fully... how many 'name schools' will basically throw up their hands and say we cannot afford it. Then, what about the outstanding loans ot academic institutions for athletic bond issues to pay for these facilities and then are not paid or in default???

There is alot to peel back on this.... but it's not a good sign if the powerful SEC even had to get a loan????
