Not sure if it was the 1st time I heard that phrase, but we were coming out

of Publix in Marathon on a Sunday morning and a guy had curled himself up in the parking lot under the car next to us and appeared to be sleeping in the small amount of shade provided by the car. I was just glad it wasn't our car. We tip-toed around him to not wake him and we got in the car. As we were pulling away, the dude popped his head up, looked at us, waved, and flopped back down. My Dad looked at me and said exactly, "Welcome to the Keys!"
