When I upgraded to my current phone, I did it at the Apple Store

Other than having to buy a little cloud storage ($0.99 per month), it was a smooth transition.

I also stayed in the store until the data transfer was complete. If all else fails, feel free to visit an Apple store to ask for assistance.
