UNC win was big, almost no one measures the matchup in retrospect


Ask someone about the biggest matchup that VT won in 2005 and they'll probably tell you it was #15 GT, or #13 BC, or #15 Louisville. They're not likely to say unranked WVU even though by the end of the season, that was far and away the best team that VT beat that year, and was honestly the best win that VT had for several seasons after it.
