They lose faith after 1 mistake which makes everyone scared of making mistakes. The only time they don't is when there literally is no other option.

Kadum looked fine when he was forced into action last year, then the coaches put him in an untenable position against Richmond knowing how bad our OL was playing and are now holding it agaisnt him.
