all athletes the same could/would be an incredible challenge. What would it take for someone to take it to the courts? Not much with what has unanimously just come out of the Supreme Court and with Title IX already on the books. The only way I could see them finding the money is by cutting non-revenue sports. The unintended consequences might be mind blowing.
