Hokie Pro Golf Preview - Week 41


There is no Q school events for the Korn Ferry, as they take a break between the first and second stages, so we turn our attention to Asia

Scott Vincent is in Chiba at the Sodegaura Country Club for the Bridgestone Open. He is staying hot with a first round 67 to currently sit in 8th place. He is 7th in the points and is in prime position to qualify for the pga tour's zozo championship in two weeks.

The All Thailand Golf Tour is having their second event of the year at the Phuket Open. Sarit Suwannarut is 21st through 14 holes after weather postponed for the rest of the day.

The Symetra Tour is having their end of the year championships this week, but Amanda Hollandsworth did not qualify. She and Emily Mahar will be back for Stage II of Q school on October18th

Trevor Cone will be at Stage 2 of Korn Ferry Q school on the 12th in Brooksville, FL. Mark Lawrence will be teeing up the following week at one of the other 4 sites. They are the only 2 still currently eligible to try to get to the Korn Ferry for next year.
