... ended the movie with Young Tony waiting at Holstens for Dickie, who had already been murdered. That was the moment you realized that Dickie being killed might push Tony into "the life," but it wasn't spelled out, yet. That would have been good for discussion after, and would set up a sequel nicely. The stuff at the funeral seemed very obvious and gratuitous for Chase, especially given how he ended the series.
