Not necessarily because the Big XII may wait to see what the Big Ten's


next move will be in a couple years. If the Big Ten is able to add a couple Pac-12 schools (i.e. UCLA, USC, Stanford, Cal, Oregon, and UDub), then it is possible the Big XII could target a few of the leftover schools (i.e. Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Arizona State) before targeting Boise State, Memphis, and any other AAC/C-USA/MWC schools you want to include on the list.
