Sam is a 133/141 guy….

I don’t see how he cuts to 125. A bump up in weight classes, and as strange as it sounds I think you will see his strength improve. With his height, and lean bmi, he’s cutting muscle too. Plus I think the shorter guys can get to his legs better at 125. He defends it well though
