Parking Services is the most powerful entity at VT

They march to their own drummer and don't seem to understand that they are supposed to be a service, not a nuisance. I understand that they have to generate enough revenue to cover the debt service on the garages, but it would make more sense to charge more for the garages than ticket alumni and others visiting the campus. The campus police with their speed traps are another visitor unwelcome wagon.
