It's good to fear and respect power saws, but you gotta love 'em!


My circular saw has a laser guide on it. Also brought home my dad's miter saw, and it's always good to keep a jigsaw handy. And last year I added a chainsaw to my armory, albeit a small one, since I'll only really ever use it to cut overgrowth around the yard.

Oh, I'm imagining I'll use the chainsaw to tear up my deck when I resurface it, a project which badly needs to be done, and would have been done a couple months ago if lumber weren't so gosh danged expensive! Any chance those prices come back down? Or is this the new normal for building supplies?
