I find that once the product is in UPSs hands UPSs estimate is pretty good

including when they bump it earlier a day or two. It seems like early estimates assume something will go wrong at some point.

The thing that pisses me off is the "we shipped it" when all they've done is printed a label, then it's days more until it actually is in the shipper's hands.
