Sure

Applebees is a perfectly cromulent chain family restaurant. Nothing about it is fancy. In fact, I would consider a significant number of local mom&pop places to be fancier simply by virtue of serving fresh regional fare, vs. Applebee's "If you can freeze it we can serve it" menu.
