But WAIT! Here's your Wednesday a.m. IT/Smart TV puzzle! Yayyyy!
We have two identical Vizio TVs. They are connected to identical cable boxes. Last night our downstairs TV would not generate Smartcast. A "We're behind the scenes checking to see WTF is going on" message stayed on the screen. After 10 minutes, we punted.
Scant moments later, we're upstairs watching perfectly accessible Smartcast TV on the master bedroom TV.
How's this possible?
