"Mental Health" is just as much a part of sports as conditioning...


and developing skills. Especially at the highest level it can't be an excuse, that's part of what got you there in the first place, keeping a calm head etc. (and there are drills for that...)

I'm sympathetic, but there are no Mulligans at that level, probably even helps to have a little anger. Take time off, sure, why not? but figure out what it's all about, maybe hitting tennis balls every waking hour isn't what it's all about.
