Lots of outages. Over the last week it would drop out once every hour.


Very frustrating when your watching TV and you have to go back out of Hulu and then back in to get back to what you were watching. And my wife has to log in to a secured system to do her notes from the hospital and when she gets kicked out due to internet, she either loses what she had entered or it locks her out for an hour.
Customer service has been fine... Other than waiting online for an hour now to speak to a representative.
