The overall campaign raised over $589,000 for the various VT sports and over $38,000 for softball. That is an AWESOME number, It was appropriate that it was capped off by that fantastic Hokie football win last night.

On a personal note, a special THANK YOU to many of the posters of TSL. Somehow, I ended up as the #1 Triumph Together Ambassador with 73 donors and almost $10,000 raised. I am humbled, proud, and speechless.

Because of the internet situation at Lane Stadium, I wasn’t aware of the results until after the game and what a neat cherry on top of the whipped topping. THANK YOU.

I got a text from Coach D;Amour last night and he is ecstatic about the dollars raised. Yesterday, he tweeted out "Thank you to all of our loyal donors and the new ones we picked up this week...191 contributions, lots of handwritten notes in our future."

I know there were many on this board who supported our efforts during the auction, during Poppin' It, and reached for their wallet once again during Triumph Together. THANK YOU ALL!!!!
