Vertigo survivor since 2007 here.


I still get dizzy spells, but I haven't had a full on attack for several years. ::vigorously knocking wood::

When it does go full ape-shiRt, it's completely debilitating. Room goes spinning so fast I can't even stand up. I feel like I'm going to fly off the planet. There is no immediate relief. I take a couple of Dramamine and a nap and hope it's okay when I wake up.

The very first time, it lasted three days.
