If the Big 12 expands, it would be a good idea to bring the teams in ASAP

At least bring in two teams by 2022. The two most valuable are looking like BYU and UCF. They could add two more in 2025 after Texas and Oklahoma leave. This would also mean you could see Texas losing a conference game to UCF (which isn’t that far-fetched).

Of course, it is possible adding new members while OK and TX are still there might somehow void the grant of rights and let them bolt early.
