UCF and Cincinnati as a first step seems the most likely to me

Adding BYU and Cincinnati seems to be the best choices right now. Somehow I think BYU will not happen, though. BYU does not need the money They are like Notre Dame at this point with their independence.

Florida is too big a market to ignore, they are normally really good, and so is Cincinnati now.

Adding more than two at once is probably unnecessary, and they should wait a while to see who emerges as the next best two after a year or two.
