...Thankfully they were no more than Cat 1s.
That's not an average, we had exactly three hurricanes every year during the three years I lived there...lol I felt pretty safe once I had the hurricane shutters in place. My HOA didn't like keeping them in place from the first hurricane until the end of hurricane season, so I just took the ones off the front of the house between hurricanes...lol
