it is nothing but, pure speculation on the part of Wetzel and Thamel and Yahoo that was intended to drive clicks and it has been successful. The article driving this has ZERO quotes on the matter from anybody that would confirm thinking and motivations. Furthermore, the article is a first example of exactly how tricky it may be in implementing this scheduling alliance philosophy between the three. They are not even through the first level of the construction and this house of cards already shows potential cracks. My thinking is until a signed agreement exists, and absent that, a definitive statement from ALL 3 commissioners is made, it is best to view these type reports as on par, maybe slightly above, National Enquirer level.
