Not really

I stated that ND is not in the ACC for football. Yet their football games with PAC12 and BIG count as ACC games. I didn’t say it was ND’s fault or the other conferences.

VT has upcoming games scheduled with BIG schools and they will count as Alliance games. The difference is that VT is actually a football member of the ACC.
