The only sports the Big-12 plays on Sundays are

Golf and Tennis and even then sparingly on the schedule. There were some out of conference basketball games but that would be on BYU to del with, not the conference. Baseball, wrestling, Lacrosse - (Big-12 does not have Lacrosse), Softball - (Big-12 does not have softball), Track and Field, Cross Country, Swimming - (Only WVU and TCU have teams). Football and Basketball are on a self-choice basis for scheduling on Sunday.

So, other than a small Golf and Tennis conflict on a small basis, this is not really an issue and is easily something that can be dealt with. Obviously their current conference the WCC works this out for them so it should not be something too hard for the Big-12 to handle.
