Would Cincy and WVU want to be apart of that conference though

given they would be the only "Eastern" schools in it? If the Big XII wants to keep WVU as a member, then I would think it would need to add more than 1 "Eastern" school. If the Big XII wants to get back to 10, then add 2. If it wants to get back to 12, then add 4. If it wants to expand to 14, then add 6.
