I certainly don’t expect any new addition to start before we leave

But given that it can take years for schools to go through the process of leaving their current conferences (and the fact that the Big 12’s media deal expires in 2025), I’d expect them to have something lined up to start around that time. I’m sure they could try to negotiate a new deal with the remaining 8, but they’d be leaving money on the table.
