My son played against the Southeast Team from VA a couple yrs ago that went


to Williamsport. All those kids and mine played on House Teams (LL) and Travel teams at the same time, so essentially everyday. They play on both teams in the spring and fall and in between have offseason practice/training starting at 8 years old.
