Can't help but be a little disappointed myself


Personally I am in favor of bringing West Virginia into the ACC, and I think that would benefit the conference in ways that the powers that be refuse to even acknowledge. Furthermore, I think that could be accomplished in a manner that doesn't harm the Big XII in the process.

So part of me hopes that the comments from Jim Phillips were just a matter of political posturing and/or "CYA" on his part. But if that is true, then that plays into the argument that the practical value of this alliance appears to be pretty low.

Guess we will all just sit back and see what kind of action is taken by the Pac 12.
