There is nothing left to actually add. Like the ACC, all of the potential non-P5 options have been looked over at least once in the last few years and none have been invited in. Why would recent events change that money-based decision. The SEC added two schools in a raid from another P5. Those are the only financially options out there and unless the Pac-12 is snagging 1 more Big-12 schools, I doubt anyone else is on their radar.

If they were grabbing a Big-12 school, it would have been leaked by now. Every one is talking to everyone in the college world. Conversation are overlapping and all it takes is one person to squirt it out. David Wannstadt has supposedly done something like that, but his tweet did not sound very well-based on anything beyond a rumor and there are thousands of those right now.

I believe there are good choices for the Pac-12 to add, but something would have to be a huge shift for them to do it. But, this is on the plate of a New Pac-12 commissioner who has just walked through the front door and had not even had time to take off his jacket yet. He is earning his paycheck.
