My guess could be any of those 3

Baylor is about the size of Syracuse, and it's the highest academically. Baylor recently won the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship and played in the Sugar Bowl.

Texas Christian is about the size of Boston College and top 80 academically. They have had recent success in football winning the Rose Bowl and Peach Bowls in the past 10 years. Basketball isn't much, but they have success in football. They also are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area easy to travel to. DFW is 5th largest DMA in the US.

Houston would be the largest member of the ACC in terms of student population. They won the Peach Bowl in the past decade. They went to the NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four last year. They are in the Houston area easy to travel to. Houston is 8th largest DMA in US.
