1st Seed - #1 Ohio State
2nd Seed - #2 LSU
3rd Seed - #3 Clemson
4th Seed - #5 Utah
5th Seed - #6 Oklahoma
6th Seed - #17 Memphis
7th Seed - #19 Boise State
8th Seed - #21 Appalachian State
9th Seed - UR Florida Atlantic
10th Seed - UR Miami (Oh)
11th Seed - #4 Georgia
12th Seed - #7 Baylor
13th Seed - #8 Wisconsin
14th Seed - #9 Florida
15th Seed - #10 Penn State
16th Seed - #11 Auburn

Ohio State hosts Auburn
LSU hosts Penn State
Clemson hosts Florida
Utah hosts Wisconsin
Oklahoma hosts Baylor
Memphis hosts Georgia
Boise State hosts Miami (Oh)
Appalachian State hosts Florida Atlantic

If we assume the host won each game:
Ohio State vs Appalachian State
LSU vs Boise State
Clemson vs Memphis
Utah vs Oklahoma

Assuming the home team wins:
Ohio State vs Utah
LSU vs Clemson

Then finally:
Ohio State vs LSU

Have to admit that the four bowl games for the quarter finals look like ratings stinkers. Oklahoma gets kicked out to let Utah in and Notre Dame never comes close to being the line up landing at #15 in the rankings
