I go regularly, and the games are great for kids. It's a great stadium and setting for college soccer. Seating is first come, first served, and you can always get a good seat (and if Covid is a concern, you can easily sit a good distance away from anyone else).

I'm not sure what time they start warm-ups, but I would guess that they start on the field 30-45 minutes or so before game time. I've probably never gotten there more than 30 minutes early.
