That's pretty much right from my understanding

I remember guys like Haught and ZZ only did a handful of freestyle tournaments but they did them just to stay in shape and compete against other top guys around the country during the summer. Even though neither had a future in freestyle, they were two of our best and the coaches probably wanted them to go out and stay in shape. Bolen is the same way.
