I wouldn't say that; I think it depends on your work and workplace
I get plenty of social interaction in person with neighbors and friends and some local coworkers despite 95% WFH, and remote coworkers online. It has value and it isn't missing; it's not at its best but it's not zero.
Face to face collaboration for my teams has been the exception not the rule for years as my teams are scattered from sea to sea to overseas. Have we traveled and met up far less, yes, but there is still collaboration.
So I wouldn't say they have no value, just that they are 2 considerations amongst dozens and that they aren't completely missing.
