Hokie Golf Preview - Week 33


This week is the season finale for the Korn Ferry Tour. You need to be in the top 75 to keep your card for next year. This Pinnacle Bank Championships will have double points. Trevor Cone and Drew Weaver are both in the field, but will need work to keep their card. Weaver is 136th and Cone is 122nd going into the final week.

Joey Lane is playing a Forme Tour (a tour for just this year for players with status on McKenzie Tour (Canada) and PGA Tour China) event. The Fuzzy Zoeller Classic at Covered Bridge Golf Club in Sellersburg, IN. He is T127 after the first of four rounds.

The Symetra Tour is in South Bend, IN for the Four Winds Invitational. Amanda Hollandsworth missed the cut at this event last year. The field won't be announced until tomorrow, but I expect her to appear.

The GPro Tour is having their first event of the year at the Columbia (SC) Open. Maclain Huge making his first pro appearance I can find since 2018 is T38 after the first round, two strokes off of the Top 24 cut line.
