I have said it for a loong time. The ACC should grab the bull by the horns

and create "sister" teams with the make counterparts. The women's team would be magnets for top talent right from the get go.

1. Huge factor in helping with Title IX issues.
2. infrastructure is already in place ... other than a new lockerroom
3. SERTC staff could be initial freestyle coaching staff.
4. Gives fans even more incentive to come to meets as there is more value for their time/money spent to come to a meet
