The ACC is good deal for ESPN right now. Not sure why they'd want to destroy it and pay massive exit fees. Does adding two more southern football powers even do anything more financially or football status wise for the SEC and ESPN?

What's in it for the SEC? They already have those states. ESPN also already has the SCar-Clemson and UF-FSU games.

Unless ESPN wants to dump the bottom third of the ACC to a G5, this doesn't make sense.
