They way out of the ACC GOR is to dissolve or merge through the language of the bylaws. Doesn't matter who talks to Phillips. He is at most a facilitator.

And if there is in fact a loophole for Clemson, there is a loophole for Bama, Florida, LSU, or anyone else who wants to renegotiate...that would do for college football what Curt Flood did for baseball...wholesale free agency.
