and sure, I don't plan anything for Sundays as a kind of mental health day. (not for religious reasons, but those might have known something about chilling out by having a day of rest) so yeah, i guess that's mental health. Not being facetious here.

And I think that would be a little unfair to the general public with Naomi Osaka using the words publicly very much in the sense of depression. So that's what's in their heads the next time they heard it publicly.

And sure, everything is mental, even at my low level of sports managing your head, eg, not double-faulting on match point is something you have to work on.
