Rule change maybe 20 years ago? If a teammate passes the ball to the

goalie, even if they're in the box, they aren't allowed to use their hands.

But the pro guys are so good at juggling that they can just use a foot to pop the ball into the air, then head it to the goalie. Then they can use their hands.
