On hold for Air Canada cust svc for 50 minutes,,, so far.


They changed a flight by 2 days and their system won't allow me to cancel on line. So all I can do is wait until the delicate genius is available.

Also, I've tried to call them 2 previous times and could not even get in the hold cue.
