Possibly, but I wouldn't bet on it anytime soon. First, let's see how the


conference realignment goes, which could be the defining factor, why ND "decides" to join a conference. If that happens, I believe the ACC would be ND's first logical choice, combined with the fact they just don't like the B-10. Time will tell, but it's still in the distant future !
