The ACC needs to do everything possible to lock up ND NOW

Would ND agree? I doubt it unless they finally view independent status as a threat to their future relevance as a program.

If we can lock up ND, pluck WVU, get to 16. Put ND in the Coastal to give this division another relevant program. Give ND BC as a cross division rival and we can replace BC with the cousins.
