We became top ten for a good run of years recruiting in the 20s on average. We have a bigger hurdle now as the arm$ race is tougher than ever. What we HAVE to do is win a little more and be top 30 in recruiting. String them together and maybe win a little more and voila, you can sneek into the teens occasionally. Combine that with a great staff, to be determined, and great things can hapoen. That's the formula. We're not Carolina that can say, "Hey, we want to be good at football" and throw a shiteload if money at it and reel in 4 and 5 stars before doing a thing on the field.
