I guess I am uneducated, no knowledge of softball. I'm just plain gnorant.


4 gals in our family who were starting pitchers for many years, 3 of which had shoulder/joint problems & surgeries. 2 ortho Drs & 2 ortho nurses in our family who worked mostly with athletes & talked alot about overuse & shoulder joint issues during family gatherings. So I'll take your suggestion & read a book about softball to educate myself--even though I personally played baseball & softball for 5 years. You have a good day too & safe July 4th weekend.
