If VT has quality pitchers, why Rochard pitch majority games past 2 yrs??

Top 10 teams normally have at least 3 superstar pitchers they rotate. We don't have anyone that rotates regularly with Rochard, equal to her talent. They all sat on the bench while Rochard pitched too many games, worn out by the end of year.
