The date on revoking his VASAC is from May...well after the season


Same for imposing the sentence that was suspended as a part of his deal. It means he didnt live up to part of his terms. Theres not a chance he would have made it unscathed through another hearing by the school even after the court issue is resolved. He either got out of town seeing the writing on the wall or they showed him the door.
